Enrollment for the preschool and kindergarten programs are open all-year -round and is available to all children ages three and up. The school year at the Montessori Language Academy is ten months long, running from September to June. The Montessori Language Academy offers Full-Day, Extended-Day, and Half-Day arrangements as well as a Summer Program.
The classroom consists of 3 to 6 year olds where older and more experienced children guide younger and newer children. During the Japanese language immersion period, children are immersed in the Japanese language and work on the full span of the authentic Montessori curriculum. During English periods, children learn reading and writing in English with Montessori materials. Concepts introduced in the Japanese class in the morning are reinforced in the English class later in the day.
Plan A(Half Day): 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
